Tennessee Virtual Tours
The TNVT Cabin Services Giveaway is sponsored by Artistic Concepts Digital Design and Marketing, doing business as Tennessee Virtual Tours (“TNVT” or “Sponsor”), 3321 Hwy 11W, STE B, Surgoinsville, TN 37873. Contact: giveaway@tennesseevirtualtours.com .
This is a random-drawing sweepstakes for services for one eligible cabin unit. No purchase, payment, marketing subscription, social follow, referral, or event attendance is necessary. Purchases and sharing do not improve the odds. Military service is not required and does not affect selection.
Nominations open October 29, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and close November 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The submission timestamp recorded by the form system controls. Entries submitted after the deadline are ineligible even if the form remains accessible.
Nominators must be legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, at least 18 years old and of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, and genuinely associated with the nominated cabin. Examples include an owner, manager, cleaner, maintenance provider, employee, or past guest.
Owners must be U.S. residents or entities organized in the United States with a U.S. principal business address. Territories and non-U.S. owners are excluded. Existing customers may enter on equal terms.
Sponsor personnel administering the drawing, their immediate families and households, and cabins they own are excluded. A nominator who is not the owner receives no separate prize. The service recipient is the eligible owner of the selected unit, acting directly or through an authorized manager.
The nominated property must be an existing short-term-rental cabin unit in one of these Tennessee counties:
Anderson, Bledsoe, Blount, Bradley, Campbell, Carter, Claiborne, Cocke, Cumberland, Grainger, Greene, Hamblen, Hamilton, Hancock, Hawkins, Jefferson, Johnson, Knox, Loudon, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Polk, Rhea, Roane, Scott, Sevier, Sullivan, Unicoi, Union, and Washington.
The cabin must have no more than 6,000 square feet of total finished interior space across all floors. Accessible decks, patios, and immediate exterior amenities are included in the tour without adding to that interior limit.
Each separately identifiable rental unit is treated as one unit. Different listing names or booking links for the same unit do not create extra entries. A multi-cabin portfolio is not one unit. Separate buildings not part of the same rental unit are not included. The property must be lawfully available for the services, with access authorized by its owner.
Visit TennesseeVirtualTours.com/giveaway/ and submit the nomination form during the entry period. Provide your own name and email, your relationship to the cabin, the unit name and address/unit identifier, county, approximate finished interior size, and the name and email of an owner or manager authorized to approve service. Optional phone numbers and listing links may be provided.
Use only contact information you are entitled to share. Do not submit access codes, guest information, or confidential records.
There is one eligible chance per distinct cabin unit, regardless of the number of nominators or submissions. A person may nominate multiple eligible units using a separate submission for each.
Duplicate submissions are consolidated, retaining the first complete valid nomination and any legitimate corrections. Marketing choices have no effect on eligibility or odds. Materially false, automated, or fraudulent entries may be excluded using these rules. Ordinary correctable mistakes are not grounds for arbitrary exclusion.
One eligible cabin unit will receive:
The maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $2,870. Actual value varies with unit size and accepted services. The evaluation includes listing review, on-site observations, written prioritized recommendations, and one follow-up discussion.
No printed or framed plans, CAD/Revit files, renovation work, separate photo/video package, or additional nights are included. No cash alternative, transfer to another property, or payment of any difference in value is available. Necessary travel within the eligible area is included. The recipient is not required to purchase an upgrade.
The evaluation is optional. If accepted, the owner provides one mutually agreed overnight stay for two adults and one minor, with no lodging or cleaning fee charged to TNVT or the evaluation guests.
The owner bears normal preparation and turnover costs and makes the cabin available without other guests. These conditions are disclosed before acceptance.
The owner may decline the evaluation and still receive the Matterport tour, included hosting, and floor/escape plans. There is no cash or replacement benefit for the declined evaluation. Without the evaluation, the maximum remaining package value is $1,375.
No review, testimonial, publicity consent, or additional purchase is required.
On November 13, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential recipient by a random drawing from all eligible unique units received. Each eligible unique unit has one equal chance. Odds depend on the number of eligible unique units.
Sponsor will contact the listed owner or authorized manager by email and may notify the nominator. The potential recipient must respond within five business days following the initial notification, by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the deadline stated in that notice. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
The owner or authorized manager must confirm eligibility, ownership or authority, property size and location, and authorization for the core services.
If the contact is unreachable, declines the core prize, fails to respond, or cannot establish eligibility or authority, an alternate unit will be drawn randomly from the remaining eligible units. Declining only the optional evaluation does not trigger a redraw. No payment is required to claim.
All accepted services must be scheduled and completed by April 30, 2027. Dates are arranged by mutual agreement. No particular holiday or weekend is guaranteed.
The recipient must provide reasonable access and prepare the property for capture without interfering with paying guests. Sponsor will offer reasonable dates early enough for completion and should allow the evaluation first, if accepted, so improvements may precede capture.
Unsafe conditions or unsuitable exterior weather may require rescheduling. Sponsor-caused delay will not cause forfeiture; Sponsor will arrange completion or a lawful equivalent remedy without cost to the recipient.
Recipient-caused failure to cooperate after reasonable documented scheduling attempts may forfeit undelivered services, subject to applicable law. Ordinary rescheduling incurs no giveaway fee.
Hosting starts when the completed tour is delivered and remains included for 12 months. No payment card or automatic renewal is required. TNVT will offer optional continuation at the then-disclosed rate before expiration. Without agreement, hosting may end after the included year.
The recipient may use the delivered tour link or embed for property marketing during hosting and may print and display the supplied PDFs for that property without additional license payment.
Floor plans document observed existing conditions. They are not certified architectural, engineering, permit, or survey documents. Escape plans and evaluation recommendations do not certify code compliance, replace inspections, guarantee safety, or guarantee bookings or revenue.
The recipient should review plans for accuracy and obtain any required authority review. Corrections of TNVT errors in included deliverables will not require an additional purchase. The evaluation report is confidential. Public case-study or testimonial use requires separate permission.
The recipient is responsible for taxes legally imposed on the prize. Sponsor will obtain tax documentation securely and issue information returns if required. Tax identification numbers are never requested on the public entry form.
Sponsor uses nomination information to administer the drawing, verify eligibility, contact the authorized owner or manager, and fulfill accepted services as described in the giveaway privacy notice and the site Privacy Policy .
Supplying someone else’s contact details does not enroll that person in marketing. Optional promotional email consent applies only to the person who grants it and can be withdrawn. No marketing consent is required to enter or claim.
Sponsor will retain the rules version and drawing records and apply the announced eligibility and selection procedure consistently. Material rules will not be changed retroactively to disadvantage entrants.
If fraud, technical failure, or another event outside reasonable control prevents fair administration, Sponsor may take lawful corrective action, with notice on the giveaway page, preserving eligible entries and fair selection where practicable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
General site payment, cancellation-charge, mandatory arbitration, shortened claim-limit, and unilateral-modification provisions do not override these rules or apply merely because someone submits a nomination.
Tennessee law applies to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections of another applicable jurisdiction.
The event organizer, City of Pigeon Forge, police/fire departments, veterans organizations, Meta, and Matterport are not sponsors or administrators of this giveaway.
To request the confirmed recipient’s name and state (no street address), email giveaway@tennesseevirtualtours.com with the subject “Giveaway Recipient Request” by May 31, 2027. Publication or a marketing announcement with identifying property details requires separate permission.
Email giveaway@tennesseevirtualtours.com . Do not email access codes, payment details, or tax identification numbers.
