On-site access does not require a host present. In fact, the process is typically faster and more efficient when we can access the property via key code or lockbox, complete the capture, and secure the unit upon exit. No furniture will be moved, and the property will be left exactly as found.

Captures are typically scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with limited availability on select Fridays. This allows us to group nearby properties and optimize routing for efficiency and timely delivery.

After submission, we will review your requested date and send an invoice via email. Once the invoice is paid, your appointment will be confirmed, and we will proceed with capturing the property and delivering your evacuation plan within your selected timeframe.
