Our Bear Necessities 360° Virtual Tour service is priced at $20 per view, with a minimum charge of $200. Depending on the number of views needed to showcase your cabin, the total cost can range from $200 to $600. We believe this pricing structure provides flexibility for our clients, allowing them to choose the exact number of views they need without paying for unnecessary views.

We’ll create a fully interactive, 360-degree virtual tour of your cabin that allows viewers to explore every room and corner at their own pace. Our custom 360 tours are perfect for giving potential guests a realistic sense of what it’s like to stay at your cabin, and they’re also great for showcasing any unique features or amenities.
- Basic Package: $500 for up to 2,000 square feet, includes a basic custom 360 tour with background music.
- Standard Package: $1,000 for up to 4,000 square feet, includes a custom 360 tour with music, branded intro/outro, and hotspots linking to specific features.
- Premium Package: $1,500 for up to 8,000 square feet, includes a custom 360 tour with music, branded intro/outro, hotspots, and drone footage.
- Custom Package: for cabins larger than 8,000 square feet, a custom quote will be provided based on the specific needs of the project.
